Refund Policy

DIGITAL PRODUCTS:

If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with any product you purchased, you have 30 days to contact us (using our best support email of Lee (at) RichterDesignGroup.com).  We will issue you a full refund back to the original payment account you used.  If you have been given access to an online course or training, your access to it will be instantly revoked

 

CONSULTING OR SERVICES:

If you have ordered a service that requires time-consuming labor (EX: graphic design, video editing, consulting, etc), then we will not issue you any refund.  We will work with you to assure you’re 100% happy with the service we agreed to provide you.   Therefore be sure you are ready for our services BEFORE you order them!  If you’re not ready, then chill out.  We’re not going anywhere!

If you have ordered a service from us, and have not provided us within 90 days from original date of payment the materials or information we requested to begin work, then your order will be rendered null and void, with no refund issued.  This is because we allocated time to assist you, and you did not fulfill your duty of providing us with materials we needed.  Our time is valuable, and the time we reserved for you could have been used to service another client.  We don’t like being put in this position, but those are the rules!
